Unless otherwise stated, the prices shown online are inclusive of the next working day delivery charge.
Build Your Own Items
For all build your own items purchased without a Kit, that come under the value of £50 including VAT, a delivery charge of £9.50 excluding VAT will be applied.
For all build your own items that come over the value of £50 including VAT, no additional carriage charge will apply to UK Mainland destinations with the exception of bulky or heavy items. In the event that a delivery surcharge applies, you will be contacted by
Moving Boxes Direct.
Deliveries by Couriers
Courier deliveries will be made between 9am – 5pm.
All deliveries must be signed for unless stated in the special instructions when placing the order.
Please open and fully check the contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt.
Delivery Timescale
We aim to process and despatch orders placed before 2pm for next business day delivery (subject to stock availability). But please allow 2-3 days for delivery.
In the event that the product ordered is out of stock, the customer will be contacted with an estimated delivery date.
PLEASE NOTE ORDERS RECEIVED ON A FRIDAY WILL NOT BE PROCESSED FOR DELIVERY ON A SATURDAY, BUT FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE WORKING DAY.
Orders received during the weekend will be processed on the following working day.
UK Bank Holidays
Orders will not be processed during UK public bank holidays. Orders will be processed on the first working day back.
Delivery Charges to UK Mainland Destinations
Orders under £50 will be subjected to a £9.50 + VAT delivery cost
Orders over £50 will not be charged any additional delivery cost
Delivery Charges to Other UK Destinations
Deliveries to Northern Island, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands will be subjected to a £29.50 + VAT delivery cost.
